Thank you to the staff at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort for orgainizing the the 1st Annual East Kootenay Distillery Festival!
It was a great "Fire & Ice" event, very well organized and planned. Even the weather was amazing and we enjoyed the sunshine in the hot pools of the Resort.
We offered our Golden Pear Cocktail and the Cherry Cocktail as well as our liqueurs on ice.
The recipe for the Cherry Cocktail is 2 oz Naramata Apple Juice mixed on ice with 1 oz Maple Leaf Spirits Cherry Liqueur. Serve it with dark chocolate!
The recipe for the Golden Pear Cocktail is 2 oz Naramata Apple Juice with 1/2 oz Pear Liqueur, 1/2 oz Pear Williams and a splash of lemon juice. Decorate it with a slice of apple!
